By adding Notes and Attachments to a deal, you provide other users additional information or resources for a specific deal item or for the deal as a whole.
Notes can document special circumstances about a deal or can provide specific instructions for future steps in the deal's lifecycle.
Use the tabs on the Notes page to toggle between Grid View and Inline View.
As with the Dashboard, you can sort notes in the Grid by clicking on any column header.
The Inline view displays notes sorted in order of entry with the most recent at the top of the list.
Attachments are supplementary files (images or documents) that can be connected to an individual item within a deal or to the deal as a whole.
